Key Responsibilities:
Continuous interaction with UK counterparts to complete assigned tasks as per rota.
Interact with the various teams in both UK & India to deliver activities on time.
Play a key role in delivering summer and winter sessions with high quality.
Ensure process related work instructions/SOPs are up-to-date as per the set standards.
Maintain daily/monthly activity reports and provide inputs regularly.
Act as a mentor/trainer for consultants & new joiners.
Work closely with the SQA, ensuring that the relevant individual/team documentations are complaint.
Take additional responsibilities to smoothen daily operations.
Build process knowledge and contribute towards process improvements.
Arranges, prepares, and takes part in Program / Project meetings and prepare minutes/action points.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
At least 2 years of work experience in operations.
Mandatory Skills:
Experience of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Experience of working in a reactive and / or varied role environment.
Desired Skills:
Basic knowledge of project management principles.
Knowledge of SharePoint 2007/SharePoint Online.
Should be process oriented.
Competency Requirement:
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to learn and pick up new applications and technologies.
Good analytical and problem solving abilities with a logical approach.
Good planning, organizing and time management skills.
