Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuous interaction with UK counterparts to complete assigned tasks as per rota.

  • Interact with the various teams in both UK & India to deliver activities on time.

  • Play a key role in delivering summer and winter sessions with high quality.

  • Ensure process related work instructions/SOPs are up-to-date as per the set standards.

  • Maintain daily/monthly activity reports and provide inputs regularly.

  • Act as a mentor/trainer for consultants & new joiners.

  • Work closely with the SQA, ensuring that the relevant individual/team documentations are complaint.

  • Take additional responsibilities to smoothen daily operations.

  • Build process knowledge and contribute towards process improvements.

  • Arranges, prepares, and takes part in Program / Project meetings and prepare minutes/action points.

Experience:

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in operations.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

  • Experience of working in a reactive and / or varied role environment.

Desired Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of project management principles.

  • Knowledge of SharePoint 2007/SharePoint Online.

  • Should be process oriented.

Competency Requirement:

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to learn and pick up new applications and technologies.

  • Good analytical and problem solving abilities with a logical approach.

  • Good planning, organizing and time management skills.

  • Should be a team player with a co-operative outlook.

  • Should be a continuous learner.
