Senior Executive - Accounts Receivable

Role: Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable

Experience: 2-5 years

Education: Mcom/MBA Finance/ CA Inter / CMA Inter

Location: Corporate office – Pondicherry

Responsibilities:-

1. Accounting of cash, credit card and UPI mode of collection from stores.

2. Reconciling receipts with revenue.

3. Reconciliation of credit card and other mode of collections with revenue entries.

4. Monitoring store cash balance and timely deposition by store team.

5. Monitoring store petty cash expense & Accounting.

6. Preparation and presentation of weekly AR report and present to management with analysis and remarks.

7. Preparation of various reports like; Daily deposit report, Sales vs collection report, Overdue report, etc.

8. Effective coordination with front end (store sales team, etc.) for issue resolution and providing timely information.

9. Reconciliation of all the types of collection from retail stores to avoid any leakages in collection.
