Sky47 is looking for highly skilled and technically proficient “Senior Executive Data Governance” to join our expending team.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Data Governance & Compliance Activities

• Develop processes and procedures to support the creation and provide assistance for the on-going implementation of the data governance framework across the Sky47.
• Help establish best practice and ownership of the corporate taxonomy & ontology and develop rules for their use.
• Use specialist knowledge and expertise to identify improvements through reducing data redundancy and appropriate data reuse.
• Help execute data quality initiatives, including data profiling, quality, cleansing, validation, retention and usage activities within core systems.
• Support project planning and management to ensure best practices and legal frameworks are followed with regards to data governance.

Risk Management Activities

• Assist in identifying, assessing, and documenting data-related risks, such as data quality issues, security vulnerabilities, and non-compliance with relevant policies.
• Support the monitoring and tracking of data risk mitigation actions, helping to ensure issues are resolved by the responsible data owners and stewards.
• Build and maintain a detailed data audit program of systems and information, as well as relevant teams along with the processes.

Operational & Advisory Activities

• Collaborate with business users and system owners to document data quality requirements and translate them into effective procedures.
• Assist in communicating Data Governance principles and benefits to stakeholders to foster a data-driven culture.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for the data governance toolset, including user access, workflow management, and data catalogue maintenance.

Reporting & Communication

• Contribute to the preparation of reports and dashboards on data risk metrics and the status of the Data Governance framework for management review.
• Serve as a Point of Contact ( PoC ) for employees, customers, contractors and / or business partners Data Governance & Security questionnaires and requests.

What We’re Looking For:

🛠️  At least 02 – 04 years firsthand experience in information / cyber security or data governance roles, preferably within technology or critical infrastructure sectors.

🎓 Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information systems / information security / cyber security / software engineering or any related field.

🧠 Strong knowledge of information / cyber security and data governance principles, practices and governance frameworks.
