Senior Executive / Engineer - Stores

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles, functions & accountability):

• Well versed with Raw Material and its specifications.
• Stock Accuracy & Inventory Control: - Implementing the cycle counting system for the raw material & maintain the raw material stock correctly in the system
• Systematic storage and upkeep of the material
• Issuance of the material to the different departments
• Creating & Maintaining proper material placement layout on shop floor by identifying an area for each and every material as per the usage
• Working as per the procedures laid down by ISO/ AS9100 Quality Systems
• Proper maintenance of all the Stores material and handling equipment
• Candidate should have strong knowledge in MM Module in SAP/ any other ERP.
• GRN & Issue slip posting
• Vendors Invoice/GRN submission to Finance.
• Prepare Shortages/Critical Report & mail to Purchase
• Prepare Gate Passes (NRGP/RGP)
• Physical stock verification daily
• Maintain the stock as per MSL
• Store’s MIS (Inventory Report, Carbon Data etc.)
• Follow up FIFO systems in store
• Maintain 5 S & to maintain the highest level of visual control and store conditions
• Record Keeping (Store’s Documents)
• Enforcing in-store security and health and safety procedures and HSE policy.

Required Skills & Qualification:

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience in Store
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Time-management & disciplined
• Analytical and goal oriented approach
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of MS office i.e. MS-Excel and spread sheets
• Knowledge of ERP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
