Senior Executive - Engineering & Maintenance

• Supervise maintenance of electrical, mechanical, civil, and utility systems (HVAC, water, power, medical gases)
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for hospital facilities
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, fire safety, and regulatory requirements
• Guide junior staff and monitor performance for smooth operations

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)
• Strong knowledge of hospital maintenance systems and safety protocols
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments
