Experience: 3 to 10 Years

Work Location: Chennai(Thousand Lights)

Industry Preference:

FMCG, Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Distillery, Sugar & Steel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for engineering and production materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality sourcing.
• Handle procurement of raw materials, consumables, spares, and capital equipment related to FMCG, automobile, mechanical, and electrical industries.
• Prepare and analyze purchase budgets, cost reduction plans, and vendor performance reports.
• Maintain and monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the procurement team to achieve departmental goals.
