- HR Strategy & Planning:Developing and executing HR strategies to align with business objectives, including workforce planning and talent development.
- Talent Acquisition & Management:Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, and managing employee growth through promotions and transfers.
- Employee Relations:Addressing employee grievances, resolving complex employee issues, and promoting a healthy and productive work environment.
- Payroll & Benefits:Managing the payroll process, benefits administration, and ensuring all employee entitlements are processed correctly.
- Legal Compliance:Ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws, employment regulations, and HR policies.
- Employee Engagement:Implementing programs and initiatives to engage employees, improve bonding, and enhance overall company productivity.
- Administrative Oversight:Managing administrative functions such as security, housekeeping, and contractor management, as well as ensuring effective systems for timekeeping.
- HRIS & Reporting:Maintaining HR records and utilizing Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) for efficient data management.
