The team you will be a part of
The HR Operations team effectively maintains employee information that meets the organization's legal obligations and assists in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses.
This Role In Summary
We’re strengthening our HR Analytics capability and looking for a Senior Executive – HR Analytics & People Insights, reporting to the Head – Total Rewards & HR Operations.
Role Highlights
Your responsibilities will include

Workforce reporting and people insights (headcount, attrition, hiring, run-rate, diversity)

Dashboards & visualization using Power BI / Tableau

Advanced Excel-based analytics and leadership-ready data storytelling

Strong focus on data accuracy, governance, and confidentiality

Opportunity to work closely with Total Rewards & HR Operations leadership
Who Should Apply

Strong early-career or mid-level HR analytics professionals

Hands-on experience in HR / workforce reporting

Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable with tight timelines
