Job Description

Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

Support in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Assist in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Monitor and track employee attendance and time-off requests.

Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.

Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.
