Job Description


  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Support in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor and track employee attendance and time-off requests.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and answering phones.
