Senior Executive- Influencer Marketing

India

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach and onboarding to execution and reporting, ensuring strong brand presence and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers (macro, micro, and nano) across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns in alignment with marketing objectives, product launches, and seasonal events.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers.
  • Monitor influencer-generated content to ensure brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and prepare detailed reports on effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and new content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Content, Social Media, and E-commerce) to maximize campaign impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, preferably in e-commerce, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong network and knowledge of influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for trending content and storytelling.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; familiarity with influencer marketing tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
