Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach and onboarding to execution and reporting, ensuring strong brand presence and engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers (macro, micro, and nano) across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns in alignment with marketing objectives, product launches, and seasonal events.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers.
- Monitor influencer-generated content to ensure brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
- Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and prepare detailed reports on effectiveness.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and new content opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Content, Social Media, and E-commerce) to maximize campaign impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, preferably in e-commerce, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong network and knowledge of influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trending content and storytelling.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; familiarity with influencer marketing tools is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
