Overview
The Senior Executive - Integrated Planning is a performance-driven planning role within the agency, responsible for owning and supporting integrated digital media planning across key client accounts. The role requires strong expertise in performance-led planning with a clear focus on app-driven business models, deep familiarity with digital platforms, and a solid understanding of the Saudi media and consumer landscape.
This position sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client management, ensuring that media plans are insight-led, commercially sound, and aligned with client performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated & Performance Media Planning
- Own and support the development of integrated, performance-driven media plans across digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on app-oriented objectives.
- Translate client business goals into clear, measurable performance KPIs (e.g., installs, conversions, CPA, ROAS).
- Contribute to planning frameworks that balance scale, efficiency, and performance across the funnel.
- Support the Account Director in planning responses, recommendations, and ongoing account requirements.
Digital Platform & Performance Expertise
- Demonstrate strong hands-on knowledge of key digital platforms used for performance marketing.
- Apply a clear understanding of app-focused user journeys, from acquisition to conversion.
- Interpret performance data to inform planning decisions and optimization recommendations.
- Ensure planning decisions are aligned with platform best practices and performance benchmarks.
Client Management & Stakeholder Support
- Support day-to-day client communication and account management under the guidance of the Account Director.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and performance discussions with confidence and clarity.
- Prepare high-quality planning and performance materials that clearly articulate recommendations and results.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for planning-related queries and deliverables.
Market & Media Landscape Knowledge
- Apply strong knowledge of the Saudi market, including local media dynamics, platform usage, and consumer behaviour.
- Ensure all planning recommendations are relevant, realistic, and market-appropriate for KSA.
- Stay informed on changes within the Saudi digital and performance media landscape.
- Develop and maintain detailed planning outputs using Excel (budgeting, phasing, performance calculations).
- Create clear, structured, and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing use.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all planning and reporting deliverables.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an agency environment within the Saudi Arabian market, with a strong focus on digital and performance media.
- Proven exposure to performance-driven planning and app-oriented campaigns.
- Solid understanding of digital media terminology, performance metrics, and planning methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for planning, analysis, and presentations.
- Experience supporting and owning components of integrated media plans under senior leadership.
- Prior experience working in a media agency is mandatory.
