Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Inventory Management to manage and optimize the complete inventory lifecycle. The role involves ensuring stock accuracy, maintaining vendor relationships, and aligning inventory plans with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inventory processes including tracking, audits, and reconciliations.
• Develop and implement control measures to prevent stock discrepancies and optimize levels.
• Forecast demand using sales and market data to improve inventory turnover.
• Identify and reduce slow-moving or excess inventory.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and procurement teams for smooth inventory flow.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, terms, and deliveries.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports using MS Excel and management tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BA, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
• Experience with ERP or inventory management software preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
