Senior Executive - IT

The Senior IT Executive at Nikshan Electronics is responsible for managing the company’s IT systems and providing reliable technical support, including SAP software, to ensure smooth IT operations and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, and software
• Provide day-to-day support for SAP software and other business applications
• Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems across the organization
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and SAP-related issues
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
• Support IT upgrades, backups, security, and compliance
• Train and guide employees on IT processes and SAP usage
• Align IT systems and SAP usage with company policies and business objectives

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, system maintenance, or similar role
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP software is mandatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Strong working knowledge of SAP software and IT infrastructure
