What responsibilities will you be trusted with for the :
Draft, review, negotiate, and provide counsel on a wide range of commercial customer and vendor contracts, such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, MOUs, and other commercial agreements, as well as other multifaceted commercial and technology agreements across international jurisdictions.
Provide legal advice and guidance to various internal stakeholders on a range of legal issues related to the company's operations.
Advise on and negotiate agreements with clients, vendors, and partners.
Advise on data protection, privacy, and security issues, including DPDPA, GDPR and CCPA compliance.
Guide on intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright law.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including cybersecurity and data protection regulations.
Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that legal risks are minimized and that the company's legal policies and procedures are being followed.
What skills,expertise and experience are we looking for?
2 - 2.5 years of experience as a legal, preferably with experience in the technology industry.
Strong understanding of data protection, privacy, and security regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and PDP.
Familiarity with intellectual property law, including trademark and copyright law.
Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in corporate governance matters is a plus.
