Senior Executive Logistics

Executive Leader – Logistics & Operations (HI / CA)

** Based in either Honolulu, Hawaii or Los Angeles, CA - must be able to travel between markets **


Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced executive leader to oversee sales and operations for a multi‑market logistics organization with significant activity in Hawaii and California. This role is responsible for driving execution, alignment, and performance across logistics, customer service, warehousing, and trucking operations.


The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on leadership, with the ability to operate effectively across geographically distributed teams and functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership across sales and operations in Hawaii and California
  • Oversee logistics, customer service, air and ocean freight forwarding, warehousing, consolidation, and trucking functions
  • Lead and support day‑to‑day operational execution while maintaining focus on broader business objectives
  • Serve as a coordination point between Hawaii‑based operations and California‑based customer service and logistics teams
  • Drive consistency, communication, and collaboration across markets and shared services
  • Remain actively engaged with teams, troubleshooting issues and removing roadblocks
  • Build strong internal and external relationships, including with customers and key partners
  • Support integration and process improvement initiatives as the business grows


This is a fast‑paced environment with multiple moving parts, requiring strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize effectively.


Location & Travel

  • Position may be based in Hawaii (Honolulu) or California (Los Angeles)
  • Regular travel between both markets is required and will adjust based on business needs and priorities


Qualifications & Profile

  • Experience leading both sales and operations, ideally within logistics, transportation, or a related services industry
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage complex, operationally intensive environments
  • Proven people leader who communicates effectively with teams and customers
  • Comfortable being visible, hands‑on, and engaged in day‑to‑day operations
  • Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, execution‑focused mindset
  • Experience with integrations or acquisitions is a plus, but not required
  • Open to candidates who are mid‑career or earlier senior‑career and ready to take on expanded leadership responsibility


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to $250,000 annually
  • Bonus eligible


Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The typical salary range for this role is up to $185,000 annually , plus bonus eligibility. This does not guarantee a specific salary, as compensation is based on multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and role requirements, and may fall outside of the stated range.
