Looking for a Senior Executive - Maintenance & Service Sales to manage service contract renewals, collections, and customer engagement for maintenance services. The role focuses on revenue retention, timely renewals, payment realization, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and ensure timely renewal of maintenance and service contracts Follow up on outstanding invoices and drive conversion into realized payments Coordinate with customers and internal finance teams to ensure smooth and timely collections Conduct commercial negotiations with customers on pricing, terms, and service agreements Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and loyalty Act as the primary point of contact for customers on service-related commercial matters Maintain accurate records of renewals, collections, and customer interactions
