Job Description:

• Lead and manage end-to-end operations including production, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of components, with focus on non-China sourcing.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing practices and quality management systems.
• Monitor compliance with industry standards (MIL-STD, ISO).
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering and sales teams to align operations with project timelines.
• Prepare and present MIS reports to management.

• Strong background in defense or industrial electronics operations.
