Raya Trade; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Senior Executive (Performance Marketing).

What will you do?

• Plan and execute digital acquisition activities (mobile app & website) across SEM, social media, display, affiliate marketing, and programmatic platforms.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize KPIs while keeping CAC at the optimum level.
• Measure and report campaign performance against ROI, ROAS, and CAC goals.
• Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities to optimize spend and improve results.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Design and execute A/B test campaigns to optimize ad performance, creatives, and landing pages.
• Suggest and test new digital channels with potential to efficiently increase new user acquisition.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaign success.

What will you need?

Skills:

• Proven working experience in digital marketing (3–5+ years) with extensive expertise in managing performance marketing at technology or digital-first companies.
• Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads
• Experience managing ad networks for acquisition campaigns.
• Good understanding of organic acquisition methods including App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Good understanding of mobile attribution tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch).
• Strong understating of GA4, Fire base, Searchconsole, Tagsmanager
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
