Senior Executive Purchase

Role Purpose:

Responsible for cost-effective sourcing and timely delivery of soft goods raw materials, vendor management, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute RM procurement based on forecasts and reorder levels.
• Manage vendor relations, PO processing, and rejection handling.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, Finance, and Logistics for issue resolution.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and improve ITR & MRP hygiene.
• Handle freight, transport contracts, and document compliance.

Key Deliverables (KRAs):

• Reduced stock-outs and incoming rejections.
• Cost savings and timely vendor deliveries.
• New vendor development and SRM improvement.
• Accurate reporting on Purchase Dashboard and ITR.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Tech (Textile/Relevant) from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute.
• 5+ years in textile/garment sourcing or procurement.

Skills & Competencies:

• SAP, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Vendor development, inventory & logistics management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, problem solver, and team-oriented.
