Senior Executive Purchase

Heartfulness International School is inviting applications for an energetic and experienced Purchase Executive to handle kitchen-related purchases for our campus, which caters to daily food consumption of approximately 1500 students.

Key Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

· 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or kitchen-related purchases.

· Strong negotiation, vendor management, and inventory tracking skills.

· Knowledge of Zoho software is an added advantage.

Responsibilities Kitchen:

· Manage end-to-end procurement for kitchen supplies.

· Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of quality goods.

· Maintain records, manage budgets, and ensure cost efficiency.

· Work closely with kitchen and administration teams to forecast and fulfil needs.

Other Responsibilities(General):

· Identify the school’s purchasing needs in coordination with departments, teachers, and administrative staff.

· Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with school policies and budget.

· Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.

· Obtain competitive quotations, compare bids, and negotiate contracts with vendors.

· Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

· Ensure all purchases comply with financial and procurement guidelines.

· Coordinate with the accounts department for payment processing and vendor reconciliation.

· Monitor inventory levels of consumables and ensure timely replenishment.

· Handle procurement for events, maintenance works, and other school activities.

· Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and service providers.

· Prepare monthly or quarterly reports on procurement activities and expenditures.

· Support in annual budgeting and cost-saving initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
