Job Purpose
As Senior Executive – Recruitment, you’ll manage the end-to-end hiring process — attracting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across departments (Sales, Accounts, Operations, Factory). You’ll partner with business leaders to understand staffing needs and deliver quality hires quickly and consistently. Indeed
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing → screening → interviewing → offers → onboarding Indeed
- Partner with department heads to define job requirements and hiring timelines Taggd
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for priority roles Indeed
- Coordinate interviews and collect structured feedback Taggd
Candidate Sourcing
- Post jobs on platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, TimesJobs and more Naukri
- Source active and passive candidates through referral networks and talent communities Taggd
Screening & Selection
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates Indeed
- Conduct initial screening calls and reality checks Taggd
- Coordinate technical/ functional interviews with hiring managers
Offer & Onboarding
- Prepare and send offer letters
- Follow up to ensure offer acceptance and joining compliance Indeed
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Reporting & Metrics
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics
- Track time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness, and retention metrics Taggd

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (HR/Business/Related) — MBA/HR preferred Indeed
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience hiring for sales, field, and operations roles preferred
- FMCG / retail / volume hiring experience is a plus
