  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for the agency’s digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, web design, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and marketing-generated leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand client goals, challenges, and budgets.
  • Present customized proposals and marketing strategies to prospects, articulating clear value propositions and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and strategy teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth client onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitive landscape to position agency services effectively.
  • Mentor junior sales reps or account executives as needed.
