Senior Executive Search Consultant & Managing Director NeoSapiens Dubai

About the Company


NeoSapiens is an Executive Search network designed for senior, entrepreneurial consultants who want to combine independence, high standards, and long-term value creation. Already established in Paris and Luxembourg, NeoSapiens is now launching its Dubai practice to serve the UAE and the wider Middle East.


About the Role

We are looking for a founding Executive Search Consultant with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, who will build and progressively lead the NeoSapiens practice in Dubai. This role starts as a hands-on Executive Search position, with a clear and explicit mandate to structure, grow, and manage a local team over the next three years.


Responsibilities


  • Executive Search & client delivery
  • Personally lead retained Executive Search assignments for senior and executive roles.
  • Apply a structured, quality-driven approach to search and assessment.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-level leaders, founders, and decision-makers.
  • Develop one or several sector practices (e.g. IT, Digital, Tech, Finance, Industry, or other strategic functions).
  • Practice development & entrepreneurship
  • Develop the NeoSapiens client base in Dubai, leveraging your existing network.
  • Position NeoSapiens as a premium retained search partner in the local market.
  • Contribute to the visibility and credibility of the NeoSapiens brand in the UAE.
  • Team building & leadership (over 3 years)
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a local team of Executive Search Consultants.
  • Set high standards in terms of quality, ethics, and delivery.
  • Create a motivated, driven, and professional team culture.
  • Act as the local leader and reference point for NeoSapiens in Dubai.



Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Executive Search or retained strategic recruitment.
  • Background in a Tier-1 / Big Five firm or a high-quality boutique Executive Search firm.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Dubai / UAE, with strong local market knowledge.
  • Proven ability to win and deliver retained search mandates.
  • Existing network and client relationships in Dubai.
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong plus.

  • High standards of quality; selective, rigorous, and professional.
  • Comfortable being both hands-on and leadership-oriented.

  • Experience in building and leading teams.
  • Ability to create long-term value in dynamic markets.
