Senior Executive – Supply Chain (Cost Plus)

This role of Senior Executive – Supply Chain (Cost Plus) is a critical operational position focused on inventory accuracy, warehouse coordination, and vendor management. You will be responsible for ensuring that stock levels are optimized and that "out-of-stock" (OOS) situations are resolved rapidly through aggressive vendor follow-ups.

Role Overview

• Designation: Senior Executive – Supply Chain (Cost Plus)
• Location: Bellandur, Bangalore (Work from Office)
• Budget: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Supply Chain/Warehouse Operations
• Language: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only

Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Take full ownership of physical stock management at the warehouse.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure system-to-physical inventory accuracy.
• Monitor "Slow Moving" and "Fast Moving" SKUs to prevent overstocking or stock-outs.

2. Vendor Coordination & Procurement

• Actively monitor inventory levels and identify products nearing "Out of Stock" status.
• Proactively connect with vendors to place orders and expedite deliveries for critical items.
• Negotiate and manage vendor timelines to ensure consistent product availability.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Utilize Advanced Excel to maintain complex stock sheets, tracker logs, and procurement reports.
• Track Supply Chain KPIs such as Fill Rate, Inventory Turnover, and Lead Time.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on stock status and vendor performance for the management.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Liaise between the warehouse team, vendors, and the internal procurement department.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipments, invoices, or damaged goods during the inwarding process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Any Graduate with a solid understanding of Supply Chain principles.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) is a must.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Operational Grit: Experience in hands-on warehouse environments and handling physical inventory.
• Linguistic Proficiency: Must be able to communicate effectively with vendors in Hindi and document processes in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
