Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Experiential Designer who combines strategic marketing design expertise with pre-sales conceptual visualization skills. This role leads 3D conceptual modeling of branded environments to differentiate the company in high-value opportunities and collaborates closely with Marketing leadership to deliver impactful, client-facing presentations.
The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of interior and exterior signage systems, can interpret architectural plans, and excels at translating ideas into compelling visual representations. In addition, this role drives creative direction for marketing initiatives across digital and physical media, including content marketing assets, trade show displays, and sales presentations, ensuring consistent brand staging and communication. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in spatial modeling, and the ability to present as a subject matter expert are essential.

Marketing Graphic Design

Handle creative direction and strategic rollout for business initiatives across a variety of media

Actively collaborates with Director of Marketing and VP of Marketing & Strategic Ops to establish key deliverables

Create content marketing pieces, ads, landing page graphics, digital banners, and miscellaneous web materials for display on social media

Design physical displays, banners, and material handouts for trade shows and other events

Assist with enhancing sales presentations and executive presentations in PowerPoint

Help develop consistent staging principles and communications strategy for Stratus brand elements

Create graphics for internal communications and the People & Culture team

Assist with RFPs/RFIs visuals as needed (case studies, similar project context, industry-specific capabilities, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)

Microsoft Office, emphasis on PowerPoint

CorelDRAW Graphics Suite familiarity a strong plus

3D software knowledge

Video editing experience preferred
Travel Requirements
While travel for this position is rare and infrequent, it may occasionally be required to support in-person interaction with customers, field partners, and/or business stakeholders. Travel may include local, regional, or national destinations and may be conducted via automobile, air, or other modes of transportation. All travel must be pre-approved in accordance with company policy and conducted in compliance with applicable safety and expense guidelines.

Pay Range
$80,000- $90,000 annually - Pay range listed reflects the potential pay for this role. The pay will depend on various factors, such as responsibilities of the position, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Not all positions posted will have a pay range listed.
