Job Overview:
This role is conducted within the vision, mission, and strategic plan of the Insurance Authority. Reporting to the Director of Content & Design, this role will serve as the organization’s authoritative voice on content excellence, orchestrating the frameworks, methodologies, and quality guardrails that secure clarity, regulatory compliance, and brand coherence across every channel. The Senior Expert of Content unifies data-driven insight, storytelling craft, and technological innovation to translate strategic objectives into compelling, audience-centric narratives that elevate market positioning and user engagement. By spearheading high-stakes deliverables, championing continuous improvement, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams, the position amplifies creative capability, accelerates operational efficiency, and safeguards reputational integrity. The role’s influence extends enterprise-wide, shaping messaging that underpins growth, trust, and thought leadership.
Responsibilities and Tasks:

Translate departmental goals into annual and quarterly content roadmaps, defining objectives, target audiences, and success metrics for priority initiatives.

Conduct deep-dive research on market trends, user behavior, and competitor positioning to inform data-driven content recommendations.

Design and maintain advanced content frameworks, editorial guidelines, and tone-of-voice standards that ensure consistency and regulatory compliance across all deliverables.

Establish and refine measurement methodologies (e.g., readability, SEO, engagement scorecards) and periodically audit performance to drive evidence-based improvements.

Lead the end-to-end development of complex or high-visibility assets, such as white papers, executive speeches, product narratives, and multimedia scripts, ensuring technical accuracy and brand alignment.

Review and approve content produced by Experts and Specialists, providing actionable feedback that elevates clarity, impact, and storytelling quality.

Partner with Directors, Product Owners, and Campaign Managers to shape messaging that meets strategic objectives while balancing user needs and organizational tone.

Serve as the principal escalation point for content-related queries, offering expert guidance on style, localization, and cultural adaptation to cross-functional teams.

Monitor emerging content technologies, AI tools, and best practices; pilot innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and creative output.

Mentor junior content staff through workshops and one-to-one coaching, fostering a culture of learning, experimentation, and high standards.

Educational Qualifications (required)
