Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to arrange and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing raw materials and finished products.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics—such as on-time delivery, transportation costs, and inventory accuracy—and take corrective actions when needed.
Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to align logistics activities with business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and logistics service providers to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues or disputes.
Lead and mentor junior logistics team members, supporting their skill development and performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics management, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the garment and textile industry.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address logistics challenges proactively.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
