Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to arrange and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics such as on-time delivery, transportation costs, and inventory accuracy and take corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to align logistics activities with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and logistics service providers to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues or disputes.
• Lead and mentor junior logistics team members, supporting their skill development and performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics management, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the garment and textile industry.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address logistics challenges proactively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.

The Position is open in Jade Cairo (10th of Ramadan) & Jade Ismailia.
