Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Export Sales Executive to manage and expand international sales for cosmetic products. The candidate will be responsible for developing export markets, maintaining strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth export operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement export sales strategies for cosmetic products.
- Identify new international markets, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing overseas clients and key accounts.
- Prepare quotations, price negotiations, and sales agreements.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and documentation teams for smooth export shipments.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, shipping requirements, and company policies.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in export sales, preferably in cosmetics or beauty products.
- Strong knowledge of international trade procedures and export documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships internationally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
