Senior External Auditor

We are Hiring a Principal Auditor for our Abu Dhabi Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute external audits in line with International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
• Prepare, review, and finalize IFRS-compliant financial statements
• Conduct audit planning, risk assessments, and sampling strategies
• Review audit files and ensure compliance with ISQM 1 quality management standards
• Supervise, train, and guide audit staff during fieldwork
• Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and risks to clients
• Maintain the highest levels of ethics, independence, and professional skepticism

Qualifications

• ACCA / CPA – fully qualified (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong technical expertise in ISA, IFRS, and audit methodology
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory framework, VAT, and corporate tax (preferred)

Experience(Must have)

• Minimum 7 years of post-qualification external audit experience
• Experience leading statutory audits in an established audit practice
• Prior exposure to reviewing or signing audit reports
• Experience working within an ISQC/ISQM-based audit quality framework
