Senior Facilities and Property Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Facilities and Property Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can oversee the operational performance of our facilities portfolio and ensure seamless day-to-day property management across multiple business sites. You will lead operational planning, vendor coordination, compliance oversight, and facilities strategy while ensuring workplaces remain safe, efficient, and professionally maintained. You are not simply managing buildings; you are shaping the operational experience for employees, visitors, tenants, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations across commercial facilities, ensuring buildings remain functional, compliant, secure, and maintained to high professional standards.

Vendor and Contractor Oversight:
Manage external contractors, service providers, and maintenance vendors to ensure performance quality, service delivery, and contractual compliance.

Facilities Planning:
Develop preventive maintenance schedules, operational procedures, and workplace improvement initiatives that minimize disruption and improve efficiency.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor facilities personnel and site operations teams while maintaining accountability for operational targets and service excellence.

Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards, property regulations, security procedures, and operational policies across all facilities.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Work with internal departments, leadership teams, and service providers to address operational needs, facility requirements, and business continuity priorities.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years of experience in facilities management, property operations, workplace administration, or commercial site management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or supervisory role.

Operational Expertise:
Strong understanding of facilities operations, preventive maintenance planning, contractor management, compliance standards, and workplace safety requirements.

Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage operational teams, coordinate vendors, and oversee multiple priorities within fast-paced commercial environments.

Communication Skills:
Strong professional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across operational, administrative, and executive teams.

Mindset:
You are proactive, detail oriented, and operationally driven. You understand how to balance cost efficiency, workplace quality, and long-term operational performance while maintaining high service standards.

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
