Role Description:

Overseeing the safety and maintenance of designated properties and ensuring that these properties are in compliance with all applicable regulations. Recommending and coordinating improvements to the property as needed to ensure a safe, functional, and appealing space. This role covers both hard and soft services management on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling regular building maintenance and janitorial services as per agreed with services department.
  • Ensuring that occupants are provided with proper utilities.
  • Arranging for building improvements
  • Overseeing contractors and inspecting completed jobs
  • Supervising grounds staff
  • Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from building tenants.
  • Assisting with emergency response and evacuations.
  • Daily Inspecting the building frequently for signs of damage or wear.
  • Maintaining records of tenants.
  • Evaluating service providers performance standards
  • Enforce rules & regulations of building occupancy.
  • Promote continual improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • +5 years of experience as CRM, Facility Coordinator or Property Coordinator (Face to Face) with client
  • Excellent Communication skills with tenant and clients

Work Location: - Fifth Settlement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From E£17,000.00 per month
