About the Role:
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you’ll take the lead in keeping our facility running at peak performance. This is more than just maintenance—you’ll be a hands-on leader, a problem-solver, and a key contributor to long-term planning and operational success.
You’ll work across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems—bringing your skills and experience to a workplace that values safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:

Exercise independent judgement to plan, prioritize, and perform advanced prevent and corrective maintenance on machinery, building systems, and infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency and continuity.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues to maintain optimal performance.

Lead system upgrades and equipment installations, identifying process improvements and proactively addressing potential operational disruptions.

Develop and enforce Lockout/Tagout procedures to maintain workplace safety and regulatory compliance; serve as a subject matter expert and resource to others in the execution of these procedures.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior maintenance staff, delegating tasks, offering training, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.

Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including Lockout/ Tagout activity, repairs, inspections, and parts replacement; Provide regular reports to management on maintenance operations and performance.

Collaborate cross functionally with the warehouse and operations team to align maintenance schedules and ensure the safety and efficiency of warehouse systems.

Manage and coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or services.

Participate in long-term facilities planning and resource management, identifying capital improvement needs and recommending budget allocations for equipment, tools, and personnel.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to equipment and facility maintenance; Stay up to date and contribute to internal procedures, safety protocols, and maintenance policies.

Perform related duties and assist others as required or assigned by management.

Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Must be able to demonstrate hands on maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Ability to identify energy sources (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.) and implement appropriate isolation procedures.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Familiarity with local building codes, LOTO protocols, OSHA regulations, and workplace safety practices.

Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.

Effective troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Must be at least 18 years of age.
-
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance, facilities operations, or relevant trade.

Knowledge of OSHA LOTO standards and company-specific safety policies.
-
Experience working in environments where hazardous energy control is required.
-
Certifications such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT), HVAC, plumbing, or completion of Lockout/Tagout training or certification required.

Completion of Building Operator Certification (BOC) and/or OSHA 10/30 Certification preferred.
