Senior Facilities Manager

Facilitx Facility Management & Maintenance is seeking a high-caliber Senior Facilities Manager to lead operations for a landmark high-rise commercial tower in Qatar.

This role is not for average profiles — we are looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in managing complex FM operations within premium assets in Qatar.

_ Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full leadership for end-to-end FM operations (Hard & Soft Services)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client and stakeholders
  • Ensure full compliance with Qatar regulations (QCDD, Kahramaa, Civil Defense, etc.)
  • Drive performance across KPIs, SLAs, and service excellence standards
  • Lead, structure, and optimize a large multi-disciplinary FM team
  • Manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and delivery standards
  • Lead audits, reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Handle critical incidents and ensure business continuity planning

_ Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 10–15 years of Facilities Management experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role in Qatar
  • Proven experience managing high-rise towers or large-scale commercial assets
  • Strong background in client-facing roles and contract management
  • Deep understanding of local compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 50+ staff
  • Fluent in English & Arabic (Mandatory)
  • Strong leadership presence, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

Important Note

Only candidates with relevant experience in Qatar’s FM industry and exposure to major commercial towers will be considered.
