Senior Facilities Manager

About the Role:
West Bay, Baladiyat Al Dawhah, Doha, Qatar is known as the central business district of the city, and at Meridian Crest Enterprises, we bring that same level of professionalism and structure to workplace and facility operations. We are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of our facilities strategy across multiple sites. You are not just maintaining buildings; you are optimizing environments that enable people to perform at their best. You will lead operational planning, vendor coordination, and long-term facility improvements across a dynamic portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Strategy: Develop and implement long-term facility management plans across multiple office locations. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Vendor & Contract Management: Manage service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are consistently met.
Operations Oversight: Supervise day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, security, cleaning, and space management.
Budget Management: Plan and control facility budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality or safety standards.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with HR, IT, and operations teams to support office expansions, relocations, and workspace optimization projects.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6+ years in Facilities Management, Property Management, or Corporate Operations, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Track Record: Proven experience managing multi-site facilities or large corporate office environments.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building systems, vendor management, and workplace safety regulations.
Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate across departments and manage external contractors effectively.
Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented. You are comfortable making decisions in fast-paced operational environments while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
