About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Facilities Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can lead the operational performance of our facilities portfolio while ensuring exceptional workplace standards across multiple sites.
In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, vendor relationships, workplace optimization, compliance, and preventive maintenance planning. You will lead a capable operations team and act as the bridge between business priorities and facility performance, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective environments for employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Operations Leadership:
Oversee daily facilities management activities including maintenance coordination, workplace readiness, safety monitoring, and service quality assurance across assigned locations.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
Manage third-party service providers, monitor contract performance, negotiate service expectations, and ensure vendors meet operational and compliance standards.
Maintenance and Asset Oversight:
Develop preventive maintenance schedules, oversee equipment performance, coordinate repairs, and ensure operational continuity with minimal disruptions.
Health Safety and Compliance:
Ensure facilities remain compliant with company policies and local operational requirements while maintaining workplace safety procedures and inspection readiness.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop facilities teams, conduct performance reviews, establish operational priorities, and promote a culture of accountability and service excellence.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with internal departments, management teams, and external service providers to resolve operational challenges and improve workplace efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6+ years of experience in facilities management, operations, workplace services, or commercial property operations, including at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory leadership role.
Operations Knowledge:
Strong understanding of facilities operations, preventive maintenance planning, contractor oversight, workplace safety, and operational efficiency management.
Leadership Skills:
Experience managing teams, coordinating vendors, and driving service performance improvements in fast-moving environments.
Communication:
Strong professional communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments, vendors, and senior leadership teams.
Mindset:
You are proactive, solutions-focused, and operationally driven. You understand how to balance immediate facility demands with long-term operational planning while maintaining high service standards.
Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
