About the Role
Riyadh is a rapidly growing hub for premium residential and commercial services, and at Home Service Go Arabia we bring structure, efficiency, and high quality standards to facilities and home service operations. We are building a modern service platform that connects customers with reliable maintenance, cleaning, and property support solutions. We are looking for a Senior Facilities Operations Manager who will take full ownership of operational excellence across multiple service lines. You will not just manage processes, you will design and improve how large scale facility services are delivered, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily facilities and home service operations ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and resource optimization.
Team Management
Lead field supervisors, technicians, and coordination staff. Provide training, performance management, and clear operational direction.
Vendor and Partner Management
Manage external service providers and ensure compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement improved systems for scheduling, dispatch, and service tracking.
Customer Satisfaction
Monitor service feedback and implement corrective actions to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure all operations meet local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in facilities management, operations management, or large scale service operations with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Leadership Skills
Proven ability to manage field teams and coordinate multi site operations in a structured environment.
Operational Expertise
Strong understanding of facilities services, maintenance workflows, vendor coordination, and service delivery systems.
Communication Skills
Ability to coordinate across teams, suppliers, and management with clarity and accountability.
Mindset
Highly organized, solution focused, and capable of making fast operational decisions in a dynamic service environment.
Pay: ﷼13,000.00 - ﷼17,500.00 per month
