We are looking for a Senior Facilities & Property Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of our property operations, maintenance strategy, and service standards. You will lead critical operational functions, manage high-value assets, and ensure our residential and commercial properties operate at the highest level of efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Operations Leadership:
Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring service excellence, occupancy readiness, and operational efficiency.
Facilities Management:
Lead preventive maintenance programs, equipment inspections, repairs, and infrastructure improvements.
Budget & Cost Control:
Manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, negotiate vendor contracts, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Supervise facility supervisors, maintenance teams, security personnel, and external contractors while driving performance standards.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all properties meet local building regulations, safety requirements, and operational compliance standards.
Tenant & Client Relations:
Maintain strong relationships with tenants, corporate clients, and stakeholders while resolving operational concerns professionally.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
8+ years in facilities management, property operations, or real estate management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of building systems, HVAC, electrical systems, vendor management, and property compliance.
Leadership Skills:
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple property assets.
Language Skills:
English (Professional) required. Arabic is an advantage.
Mindset:
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing operational excellence with strategic business goals.
