Senior Facilities Safety Manager

Job Summary

LTL Safety Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Facilities Safety Manager to oversee workplace safety operations, facilities compliance programs, and operational risk management initiatives across the organization.

This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys improving workplace safety standards, leading operational compliance initiatives, and supporting safe and efficient facility operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining safety procedures, strengthening operational compliance, and supporting long-term workplace safety performance.

We are looking for a proactive and organized leader with strong communication skills, facilities safety experience, and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities professionally and effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily facilities safety operations and workplace compliance activities
  • Develop and maintain safety procedures, operational standards, and risk management processes
  • Conduct workplace inspections, operational audits, and safety monitoring activities
  • Support incident reporting, investigation coordination, and corrective action initiatives
  • Collaborate with operational departments to maintain safe workplace environments
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
  • Prepare safety reports, compliance summaries, and operational updates for leadership
  • Coordinate safety training initiatives and workplace awareness programs
  • Identify opportunities to improve workplace safety and operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation, compliance records, and operational reporting data
  • Support vendor coordination and facilities-related operational activities
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace safety and operational performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities safety, workplace compliance, operational risk management, or industrial safety operations
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and operational compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience managing safety workflows, inspections, and operational coordination activities
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Professional and detail-oriented approach to safety leadership
  • Experience with reporting systems, compliance documentation, and operational audits preferred
  • Degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
