Senior Facilities Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Facilities Supervisor cum Soft Services Assistant Manager to oversee both hard & soft FM operations across assigned sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing cleaning and support service teams, supervising maintenance activities, ensuring service quality, client satisfaction, and compliance with company and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities (Hard Services):

• Supervise daily maintenance activities (MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical & civil works)
• Implement preventive & corrective maintenance schedules
• Inspect equipment and ensure proper functioning
• Coordinate breakdown maintenance and emergency responses
• Monitor subcontractors and vendor performance
• Maintain maintenance records and service reports

Soft Services Management:

• Manage housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, pest control & support staff
• Plan manpower deployment and duty schedules
• Conduct site inspections to maintain cleaning quality standards
• Train cleaners and supervisors on procedures & safety practices
• Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Manage cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment inventory

Administrative & Management Duties:

• Assist Facilities Manager in budgeting and cost control
• Prepare reports, KPIs, and monthly performance summaries
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company policies
• Support mobilization of new projects and staff onboarding
• Maintain strong client relationship and attend meetings

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
• Minimum 7–10 years experience in Facilities Management (Soft Services mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory/management role
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards & FM operations
• Experience managing large manpower teams
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Computer knowledge (MS Office, CAFM preferred)
• Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
