Senior Facility Management Director

Job Summary:
Selen Service Solutions W.L.L. is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Facility Management Director to lead facility operations and service management initiatives in Kuwait City. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader with expertise in facilities management, operational efficiency, and service delivery across commercial and industrial environments. What you'll do:

• Lead facility management operations across multiple sites and service areas
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality and efficiency
• Oversee maintenance, cleaning, security, and technical support operations
• Manage facility teams, contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations
• Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, and cost control measures
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and facility improvement projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and operational optimization initiatives
• Support business development and facility service expansion strategies

Requirements:

• Experience in facility management, operations management, or property services leadership
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Knowledge of facility operations, maintenance systems, and service delivery standards
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and operational priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
