About Us

Firdous a fast-growing fashion brand known for its [e.g., bold aesthetics, sustainable approach, luxury craftsmanship, or trendsetting collections]. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team and lead the creative process from concept to final product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop women’s apparel collections from initial concept through final samples
• Conduct trend research, competitive analysis, and market forecasting to inform seasonal direction
• Create mood boards, color palettes, fabric stories, and design sketches for each collection
• Collaborate with technical designers and product development teams on garment construction and fit
• Select fabrics, trims, and materials in line with design and cost requirements
• Attend and lead fittings; provide direction on pattern corrections and garment revisions
• Partner with merchandising, marketing, and production teams to ensure product alignment with brand strategy and timelines
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong creative team
• Stay up to date on evolving trends in women’s fashion, lifestyle shifts, and innovation in fabric and fit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
• 5+ years of experience designing women’s apparel in a fast-paced fashion environment
• Strong portfolio that showcases a range of women’s styles and design thinking
• Deep understanding of fit, silhouette, fabric, and construction
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools; knowledge of 3D design software is a plus
• Excellent sketching, visualization, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple seasons and categories simultaneously
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
