Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense and thought process that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and taste. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with execution, supporting both design development and design making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Concept Development

• Develop original print and embroidery concepts aligned with the brand’s identity.
• Ideate concepts by translating creative thought processes into distinctive design directions with a unique brand-aligned twist, and present them professionally for approval.
• Ensure all designs reflect the brand’s target audience.
• Work closely with the Director to translate ideas into commercially viable designs.

Print & Surface Development

• Assist in developing DTF prints, heat press artworks, and mixed-material concepts (including rhinestones and embellishments) etc.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with the production team for accurate execution.
• Oversee placement, alignment, and final finishing of prints on garments.

Embroidery Development

• Create and prepare embroidery artworks for sampling and production through the embroidery operator.
• Mark embroidery placements on patterns before production.
• Coordinate with embroidery operator to ensure design accuracy and consistency.

Sampling Coordination

• Assist in sourcing for all design related supplies .
• Monitor sample development and ensure timely corrections and improvements.
• Maintain design documentation and records of developments.

Quality Control

• Conduct quality checks on printed and embroidered garments.
• Ensure final output matches the brand standards.
• Identify inconsistencies and suggest corrective measures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design.
• Strong design sense.
• Good understanding of garment construction and surface development.
• Basic knowledge of DTF printing, sublimation printing and embroidery processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of AI tools for design development will be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced production environment.

*Kindly note: Salary bracket depends on relevant experience purely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
