Jordan Craig (www.jordancraig.com) is expanding our design team. We’re looking for elite, highly skilled designers who can create category-defining products across denim, outerwear, graphic tees, cargo pants, and knits. If you live and breathe streetwear, have the technical chops to execute, and can bring fresh ideas every single day, this is the place.

What You’ll Do

• Design industry-leading denim washes, with a deep understanding of vintage, distressed, resin, tint, and modern fashion finishes.
• Create outerwear and jacket concepts with smart construction, trim selection, and fabric direction.
• Develop graphics for tees and tops that are trend-forward, original
• Design cargo pants and utility silhouettes with elevated workmanship, pocket engineering, and functional details.
• Build clear tech packs that factories can execute without confusion.
• Work closely with production to ensure design intent is maintained through sampling and bulk.
• Research trends, fabrics, washes, and silhouettes and translate them into commercially successful product.
• Collaborate with design leadership on seasonal line plans and capsule drops.

What You Bring

• A portfolio that proves you can design real product, not just concepts.
• Strong technical understanding of denim construction, wash development, and garment finishing.
• Experience designing outerwear and utility-wear with a premium streetwear lens.
• Strong skill in graphic development (typography, illustration, garment graphics).
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
• A problem-solver mindset, able to take feedback, iterate quickly, and hit deadlines.
• Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally with production, tech design, and marketing teams.
