Senior Fashion Retail Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Fortunate Shop Fashion Retail W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Fashion Retail Operations Manager to oversee multi-store retail operations, sales performance, and customer experience across its fashion and lifestyle outlets. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving store profitability, and ensuring consistent brand standards throughout all retail locations. What you'll do:

• Oversee daily operations of fashion retail stores and lifestyle outlets
• Manage store managers, supervisors, and retail sales teams
• Drive sales growth, revenue targets, and retail performance KPIs
• Ensure excellent customer service and premium in-store experiences
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards
• Coordinate seasonal product launches, promotions, and visual merchandising campaigns
• Analyze sales data, customer trends, and operational performance reports
• Implement SOPs, operational procedures, and loss prevention measures
• Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams for retail planning
• Handle escalated customer concerns and improve customer retention strategies

Requirements:

• Experience in fashion retail operations or multi-store retail management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail merchandising practices
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle retail environments is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple retail locations and operational priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR24,000.00 per month
