Senior Façade Engineer

Profile Overview:

An ideal candidate will be responsible for comprehending and completing assigned projects within the

stipulated timeline. The candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot, follow instructions and achieve

ideal end results. We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage

multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.

The salary range discussed during hiring is indicative only. Salary offers are made based on the

candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements

of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.

A background check will be required after a conditional job offer is made. Consideration of the

background check will be tailored to the requirements of the job.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience in facade detailing which includes detailing of Curtain wall systems,

Structural glazing, Frameless partitions, Spider Glazing, ACP cladding, skylights, canopies &

Balustrades. etc.

• Prepare facade sketch details and drawings, and design systems based on the environmental

aspects of facade design

• Should be able to input new innovative methodologies into facade design and develop the

standards of facade design.

• Should have an idea about all basic facade design principles

• Preparation of Documentation of various facade systems (Unitized, semi-unitized, stick system

profile series, die developing)

• Hands-on experience in developing complicated high-rise building detailing.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Developing new Die drawings for Aluminum profiles and gaskets as per structural and

architectural requirements.

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

• 8 plus years of relevant work experience

• Demonstrated experience in façade/curtain wall detailing & drafting.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software is a must.

• Proficiency in Revit software.

• Good communication and team management skills.

• Be a team player in various Façade projects

• Must be highly adaptive and possess good communication skills

• Achieve the work targets as specified by the Team Lead.
