Senior Field Adjuster

Who We Are

Kind Consulting Services is a boutique public adjusting firm built on one simple belief: Empathy + Action = Kindness.

We advocate strongly for policyholders while maintaining high ethical standards and professional integrity. We do not inflate claims, cut corners, or chase volume at the expense of quality. We are building a professional, high-trust team — and looking for someone who wants to help build something meaningful.

The Opportunity

This role is designed for an experienced property adjuster who is ready for a strong next chapter — someone who wants more autonomy, real impact, and the chance to help shape a growing firm.

You will lead hail and storm claim field operations while working directly with ownership on strategy, file quality, and customer experience. This is not a churn-and-burn volume role. It’s a professional field position for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way.

Compensation

W-2 Position

  • Base salary: $38,000 – $42,000
  • Tiered performance-based commission
  • Expected total earnings: $75,000 – $90,000+ based on production
  • Company vehicle provided
  • Company phone number, email, and uniforms

This role rewards consistent, high-quality production. Strong producers have meaningful upside.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect residential and light commercial property losses
  • Document damages and prepare professional claim files
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners, contractors, and carriers
  • Manage hail/storm claims from inspection through resolution
  • Maintain ethical, accurate estimating standards
  • Represent Kind Consulting Services with professionalism and empathy

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 7–12+ years of homeowner's property adjusting experience (carrier or equivalent)
  • Strong field inspection and estimating background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • Willingness to obtain/maintain Oklahoma Public Adjuster license (if not already licensed)

Ideal Candidate

  • Wants to move beyond corporate adjusting while keeping professional standards
  • Values integrity and policyholder advocacy
  • Enjoys building long-term relationships
  • Thinks in solutions, not just tasks
  • Wants to help build a growing firm — not just hold a job

Work Style

  • Field-first role with autonomy and flexibility
  • Weekly in-person collaboration and strategy meetings
  • Direct access to leadership and fast decision-making
  • Clear expectations, high-trust environment

Why This Role Is Different

We are intentionally building a high-integrity adjusting firm. You won’t be buried under corporate metrics or pushed to inflate claims. You will be trusted to do excellent work, advocate professionally, and help shape how we grow.
