Senior Field Executive

Role Summary:
The Senior Field Executive is responsible for overseeing field operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality execution of on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily field operations and site activities
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor quality, timelines, and compliance standards
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
• Support and guide field staff

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma holder
• 3–5 years of relevant field experience

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel

Compensation:
Competitive salary with allowances and incentives.
