Senior Figma Designer

Experience Required

• 2+ years of professional experience working with Figma

Key Responsibilities

• Design interactive UI/UX layouts for websites from concept to completion
• Create custom, innovative designs that feel fresh and original—not template-based
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes with smooth interactions and micro-animations
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation
• Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency across projects
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders

Must-Have Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including:
• Advanced prototyping and interactive components
• Auto-layout and responsive design techniques
• Component variants and design systems
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
• Ability to create pixel-perfect, developer-ready designs
• Portfolio showcasing creative, non-generic website designs

• Visual Design Excellence: Strong typography, color theory, and composition skills
• Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box and challenge conventional design patterns
• Responsive Design Mastery: Experience designing for mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints

• Animation & Interaction: Understanding of motion design principles and micro-interactions
• Accessibility Awareness: Familiarity with WCAG guidelines and inclusive design practices
• Collaboration Tools: Experience with FigJam, version control, and developer handoff
• Modern Web Trends: Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary design trends and best practices
• User Research: Basic understanding of user testing and feedback implementation
• Communication Skills: Ability to articulate design decisions clearly

• Experience with HTML/CSS basics for better developer collaboration
• Knowledge of other design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
