Senior Finance & Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance & Accounts Executive to lead finance operations across entities in India, the US, and the UAE. The role involves ensuring compliance, managing audits, budgeting, and driving process improvements.

• Ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly books.
• Review and approve financial reports and ledger entries.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and monitor discrepancies.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure audit readiness.
• Oversee statutory and international tax filings (GST, TDS, SEZ, US, UAE).
• Liaise with consultants and authorities for compliance matters.
• Lead budgeting, payroll, invoicing, and vendor management.
• Analyze budget vs actuals and optimize cash flow.
• Drive automation and system upgrades in finance workflows.
• Collaborate with HR, Admin, Legal, and Operations for process improvements.
